What we collect about ambassadors and applicants, how we use it, how requests work, and what we do not handle (PHI).
Scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the ZYNDIO Ambassador Network collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit this site, submit an ambassador application, create an account, sign in, request support, or participate as an approved ambassador.
This policy applies to information collected through the ambassador-recruitment site (telehealthambassador.com) and related ambassador-program services. ZYNDIO's patient-facing site (zyndio.com) operates separately and is governed by its own privacy notice and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
Ambassador data — what this site collects about you
As an applicant or approved ambassador, the program collects information needed to evaluate fit, issue your referral link, track attribution, calculate commissions, and meet legal and tax obligations.
- Application information — your name, email, audience details, social or content channels, prior promotional history, and anything else you submit through the application form.
- Account information — sign-in records, session records, support messages, account-linked identifiers, and account metadata.
- Program participation data — your enrollment level, referral link, attributed customer signups (count and identifiers, not patient health data), commission ledger entries, payout records, and bonus-pool qualification status.
- Tax and payout information — collected as needed to issue payments, comply with tax-reporting obligations, and verify identity. Tax forms (e.g. W-9 or W-8BEN) and banking details where required.
- Device and usage information — IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referral source, pages viewed, timestamps, and interactions with site features.
- Communications data — emails you open, support inquiries, magic-link sign-in requests, and service messages related to application status, approval, payouts, or program announcements.
Adults only
The ZYNDIO Ambassador Network is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction if older, to use this site, submit an application, or participate as an ambassador.
We do not knowingly design the site for children or knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information through the site, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to review the issue and remove information when appropriate.
No PHI handled by this site
The ZYNDIO Ambassador Network does not collect, process, or store Protected Health Information (PHI) about ZYNDIO patients or customers. Ambassadors do not handle PHI as part of program participation. Patient health information is governed by ZYNDIO's patient-facing notice and the HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices on that surface.
Attribution data on this site references customer signup events at a level appropriate for commission calculation — not the patient's health information, intake answers, prescriptions, or clinical workflow.
How we use information
- Operate the site, application flow, ambassador account, sign-in flow, and member dashboard.
- Evaluate applications, communicate approval decisions, and issue ambassador agreements and referral links.
- Track customer-signup attribution, calculate commissions, fund and distribute bonus pools, and process payouts.
- Send transactional or service-related messages — sign-in links, application status, ambassador-program announcements, payout notifications, and account or security alerts.
- Comply with tax reporting, anti-fraud, and other legal or regulatory obligations.
- Improve the platform, monitor performance, analyze usage trends, detect fraud, and troubleshoot operational problems.
- Enforce our terms and the ambassador agreement, investigate suspicious activity, and preserve records when necessary.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information in the ordinary sense of selling a customer list. We may share information with service providers and business partners that help us run the ambassador program.
We may also use or disclose de-identified, aggregated, or otherwise non-personal information for analytics, planning, operational reporting, and business improvement purposes.
- Infrastructure and platform providers that support hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, monitoring, and operations.
- Payment processors and payout providers needed to deliver commissions and bonus-pool payouts.
- Tax-reporting and identity-verification providers required to comply with payout and reporting obligations.
- Email, messaging, and customer-support vendors used to deliver sign-in links, service messages, and program communication.
- Advisors, acquirers, successors, or counterparties involved in a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or other business transaction.
- Law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties when disclosure is required by law, legal process, or a good-faith need to protect users, the platform, or the public.
Cookies, analytics, and similar technologies
We use cookies, pixels, local storage, session identifiers, analytics tools, and similar technologies to keep the site running, remember session state, measure site performance, and understand how applicants and ambassadors interact with the program.
Your browser may allow you to block certain cookies or clear stored data, but some site features may work less well if you disable them.
Your choices and communications
You can choose whether to submit information through the application, create an account, or continue as an ambassador. If you do not provide certain information, some features or program participation may not be available.
You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link included in those messages. You may still receive service and account communications, including sign-in links, application updates, payout notifications, security alerts, and other operational messages. If you need help updating your information or communication preferences, contact us at ambassadors@zyndio.com.
Privacy requests and browser controls
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, or to ask us to limit certain processing activities, subject to legal exceptions and verification requirements. To make a privacy request, contact us at ambassadors@zyndio.com and include enough information for us to understand and evaluate the request.
Your browser or device may also offer tools to block cookies, clear local storage, or send privacy preference signals. Where applicable law requires us to honor those controls for specific data practices, we will do so.
Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the program, maintain accounts, provide support, calculate and deliver commissions and payouts, comply with legal, tax, or financial recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, whether an account remains active, and whether the information must be preserved for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No system can promise perfect security, and you should use care when choosing devices, networks, and account credentials.
If you believe your account, email access, or sign-in link has been compromised, contact us promptly so we can help investigate and secure the relevant access path.
Third-party sites and services
The ZYNDIO Ambassador Network site may link to third-party sites, services, or tools that we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their policies before sharing information with them.
U.S. use and data processing location
The ZYNDIO Ambassador Network is intended for use in the United States. Information collected through the site may be stored, processed, or accessed in the United States by us or by service providers working on our behalf. By using the site, you understand that your information may be handled in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of other jurisdictions.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the site, our practices, the program, or applicable law.
