What To Ask Before You Apply.
Start here for the practical questions before you apply.
What is the difference between Apprentice and Ambassador?
Apprentice is the entry level: $800 one-time enrollment, 50% on Tier One eligible tracked subscription events attributed to your approved tracking link. Ambassador is the full level: $3,500 one-time enrollment, 60% on Tier One. Both levels use the same 15% Tier Two rate for eligible second-tier ambassador activity. Only the Tier One rate changes between levels. Enrollment is paid once, not monthly.
What does it cost to be an ambassador each month?
After paying your one-time enrollment fee (Apprentice $800 or Ambassador $3,500), you also pick one of the three monthly growth packages: T1 Traffic Foundation ($80/mo), T2 Growth Engine ($260/mo), or T3 Authority Engine ($800/mo). Your monthly package powers managed traffic, funnels, authority content, and 24/7 AI agents optimizing your approved channel.
What do the monthly growth packages actually include?
Each package gives your approved channel access to ZYNDIO-managed growth infrastructure: AdMesh™ traffic allocation, approved tracking, compliant landing pages, email follow-up, a 90+ minute education webinar, 24/7 AI agents optimizing ads and funnels, compliance review, and territory content support. Higher packages receive more operating depth and allocation weight under program rules. No package guarantees traffic, leads, patients, rankings, commissions, or revenue.
What does the revenue modeler show?
The modeler is an illustrative planning tool. It can show modeled gross commission from patient-volume assumptions, subscription tier mix, enrollment level, and visible program costs. It does not show typical ambassador results, does not promise that patient volume will occur, and does not include expenses you choose to add outside the visible inputs.
How do the bonus pools work?
Bonus pools fund 11 distinct payouts across the reward ecosystem. The launch split shown publicly is Leaderboard Pool (25%), Pulse Pool (30%), Weekly Challenge Pool (30%), Catalyst Rewards (5%), and Zyndio Legacy Reserve (10%). Cadence is mixed. Some payouts run weekly, some monthly. Eligibility depends on activity, compliance status, available funding, and the current program rules in the ambassador agreement.
When and how often are commissions paid?
Payout cadence and ledger access are part of the upcoming member dashboard. Right now this site is application-only. Approved ambassadors will receive payout-cadence details when their approved tracking link is issued once the ledger goes live. We will publish the cadence here before the dashboard goes live.
What are my FTC disclosure obligations as an ambassador?
You agree to follow FTC 16 CFR Part 255 every time you promote ZYNDIO. That means clearly disclosing your material connection to ZYNDIO in any post, video, email, or other content where you reference our products or your referral link, using language a reasonable person would understand (for example, "#ad", "ZYNDIO Ambassador", or an explicit disclosure sentence). The disclosure obligation is yours; we publish guidance on the Ambassador FTC Disclosure page, but compliance is your responsibility.
What can I say about earnings?
You may describe published program rates, eligible activity rules, and clearly labeled modeler assumptions. You may not state or imply typical earnings, a specific monthly income, a timeline to recoup costs, or that any ambassador will achieve a particular result. If you discuss a modeled scenario, identify it as illustrative and explain that individual results vary.
What can I claim about ZYNDIO products?
You can describe what ZYNDIO offers, that US-licensed pharmacies and licensed-provider review are part of the flow where applicable, and that compounded medications may be involved where relevant. You cannot make medical efficacy claims, weight-loss promises, drug-equivalence claims, or claims that compounded medications carry FDA authorization or approval. FDA promotional rules apply. When in doubt, link to ZYNDIO content rather than paraphrasing it.
Why does this site talk about patients if ambassadors do not handle care?
Patient language is allowed when we are describing the ZYNDIO clinical journey or modeling patient-volume assumptions. That does not change the ambassador role. Ambassadors promote the brand and drive attributed traffic; ZYNDIO and its independent licensed providers handle evaluation, intake, prescriptions, fulfillment, and clinical communications.
Do I handle prescriptions, intake forms, or patient data?
No. Ambassadors never touch protected health information (PHI), patient intake, prescriptions, fulfillment, medical advice, or any clinical workflow. ZYNDIO and its independent licensed providers handle all of that. Your role is promotion and attribution. Your approved tracking link captures attribution, and ZYNDIO handles the regulated work.
Can I promote ZYNDIO in any state?
ZYNDIO operates in specific US states with state-by-state availability and visit-type rules for the patient-facing clinical journey. See the state-legality page for the current map. You can promote into states where ZYNDIO operates; you should not direct audiences from states where ZYNDIO is not currently available.
Can I run my own ads?
The default model is managed-for-you advertising through ZYNDIO systems, not ambassador-controlled ad accounts. Use only approved claims, assets, and landing pages. Do not create ads that imply medical outcomes, clinician authority, drug equivalence, or specific earnings results. If a managed or approved advertising workflow is available for your territory, follow that workflow instead of improvising regulated health copy.
What if I want to upgrade from Apprentice to Ambassador?
Upgrade flow is part of the upcoming member dashboard. The upgrade unlocks the higher Tier One rate, from 50% to 60%, on eligible tracked subscription events from the upgrade date forward. Tier Two rate stays the same at 15%. Existing attributed subscriptions continue under their original commission terms. We will publish the exact transition rules with the member-dashboard rollout.
Commission rates, pool structure, and patient-volume scenarios are program parameters or illustrative assumptions, not earnings projections or health outcomes. Individual ambassador results vary and are not promised.
